About Me

With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, Harriet Goslett is a highly qualified personal trainer and fitness coach. Since qualifying as a Level 3 personal trainer in 2007, Harriet has continually expanded her expertise to include Keiser cycle instruction, ski instruction, mountain bike guiding, horse rider biomechanics, and menopause strength training.

Harriet’s career has taken her around the globe, from the snowy slopes of Austria as a ski instructor to the tropical trails of the Caribbean as a mountain bike guide. Now settled in the picturesque region of North Norfolk, Harriet is passionate about helping her clients achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall well-being.

An accomplished horse rider and qualified handler, Harriet also enjoys Canicross running with her dogs. Her diverse background and commitment to her clients’ success make her an exceptional fitness coach, dedicated to empowering individuals through personalized and effective training programs.
